How does an on site school portrait day work with you?

I will provide all equipment needed for the shoot and will also provide an assistant for large schools. I will be in contact prior to photo day in order to arrange the best place to take pictures in the school and go over my process to keep everything and everyone organized on the big day. Parents will be able to contact me with any questions from start to finish and I will provide you the information to send to parents prior to picture day. My goal is to capture each child's unique personality in a beautiful portrait style image. 

What happens following photo day?

After the photos are taken I will deliver an e-mail link to each parent with their child/children's personal gallery. Each child will have at least 2-5 images. The number of photos will just depend on the child and how they feel being in front of the camera on picture day. They are able to download a high resolution copy of all of the gallery images, or they may choose to order prints through the gallery. Photos are delivered to the school for distribution or parents may choose to pay for delivery directly to their home.  I am also happy to provide complimentary photos of the staff as well as a class photo of each class. Class photos are included in the student’s gallery. I can also accommodate requests for sibling photos and will provide an add on for ordering through the child’s gallery.

How do your print and package prices compare to big box school photo companies?

My download and print prices are competitive and there is no requirement for any money up front. All payment will be taken through the online gallery provided to each family. There are several package options for caregivers to choose from. Unlike big box school photo companies, parents are able to share their personal galleries with grandparents or family members so that they can order prints as well.
