I’m Elizabeth (but many people call me Beth)- photographer, storyteller, and lifelong Pacific Northwest native. Growing up surrounded by the natural beauty of this region has inspired me to document life in a way that feels genuine and grounded. I am so glad you are here.

Random facts about your photographer…

I grew up in a small peninsula town just an hour from Seattle, surrounded by the beauty and adventure of the Pacific Northwest. Being near the water is a part of who I am- boating throughout my life and even learning to surf in the cold waters along the Washington and Oregon coasts.

My family and I love to be active, travel. and explore new places together. My wife and I are always dreaming up a new adventure.

As a proud mama to three amazing kids, I have learned to embrace and appreciate each phase. Babies and young children were the most natural phase for me as a mom. Even when I look back at how exhausting that was at times, I loved it. Now that I am parenting pre-teen and teenagers I am surprised at how enjoyable it is to support them doing the things they love and see them plan for their future. I am so very proud of them and this phase of parenting older kids has been such an unexpected gift. Now if I could just figure out how to slow things down!

Photography became my passion when I picked up my first full frame camera after my son was born. I really wanted to capture my own family story and I had always been interested in photography. What started out as a way to capture my own family moments turned into a journey I had never expected. :)

We are a sports family and soccer specifically has always been a big part of my life. I played soccer as a collegiate athlete at Seattle University and now it is so much fun to cheer my daughter on as her #1 fan. My oldest son has fallen in love with rowing and it has been so exciting getting to know that beautiful sport and cheer him on.

I am a lifelong bookworm with a degree in English Literature. You will most likely see me with a stack of different books I am reading at one time. I love most genres, but fantasy is my least favorite.
